Job Description:

Key responsibilities for the position includes but not limited to: – Organize and structure the department – Maximize sales and departmental profitability – Ensure a smooth F&B operation with high standards of product and service delivery – Develop the Marketing and promotion of F&B outlets – Enhance internal/external relations – Facilitate human resources development through communication and training

Education: A Bachelor's Degree

Experience: Technical

Knowledge and ability to manage F&B operation through:

a.   Extensive knowledge of the product and service of international cuisine

b.   A minimum of 7 years experience in F&B operation in an international hotel chain

c.   Budgeting and forecasting knowledge

d.   Marketing and strategic planning knowledge

e.   Profit and loss analysis knowledge

f.   Verbal and written communication skills

Human Relations Skills: a.   Ability to lead, supervise and manage subordinates b.   Ability to motivate employees c.   Ability to conduct yearly performance appraisals d.   Ability to oversee training requirements and develop personnel e..      Ability to develop relations with clients and potential customers Grooming: All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance as per Starwood standards.
