•   A first degree in Business Administration/Marketing and M.Sc/MBA is very desirable with at least 3 years working experience.

•   Ability to draft documents in English, Capturing Key Points.

•   Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

•   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•   Working knowledge of Microsoft Office package.

•   A willingness to take responsibility.

•   Ability to identify opportunity for business development in line with the strategic vision of the company.

•   Knowledge of the Real Estate and Facility Management Market/Sector is desirable.
