Job Title: Senior Estate Surveyor

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Organisation: Ibukun Efuntayo & Company (Estate Surveyors & Valuers)

Requirements:

•   A first degree in Estate management with at least 3 years working experience.

•   Ability to identify opportunity for business development in line with the strategic vision.

•   Understanding of property law, valuation principles and building constructions.

•   Good grounding in contractual issues.

•   Management of others including external contractors and Budget management.

•   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

•   High level of numeracy, interpersonal skills and ability to think strategically.

•   Time management and prioritization skills including ability to work efficiently and on own initiative.

•   Working knowledge of Microsoft office package.

•   A willingness to take responsibility.
