An additional privacy option has been added to Google Chrome browser. Chrome though the last browser to add the "do not track me" option, enjoys credit from the huge users who seem happy what they offer.

This security option when enabled, give a signal indication to websites and advertisers that the user do not want to be followed around the web for ad targetting purposes. Even though this doesn't totally prevent ad networks and sites aren''t required to comply , several of them do.

Do Not Track is however still controversial. Because the setting doesn't guarantee privacy across all Websites, it could give users a false sense of security, and the seediest advertisers may never participate.

Nice innovation but gives a fake sense of privacy.
