Requirement:

•   Undergraduate degree in Accounting or any other Business discipline.

•   With at least 5-6 years post-NYSC work experience in Operating Lease in a financial institution are desirable.

•   Additional professional certifications/qualifications such as ACA or an MBA are a strong plus.

•   He/she must be able to show demonstrable business development skills and previous experience in selling operating leases to medium sized and large corporate.

•   Sound expertise in development processes and product (operating lease) marketing.

•   Good knowledge of the varied aspects of asset management.

•   Solid operating lease computation skills including evaluating residual value.

•   Good knowledge of asset life cycle management.

•   Good understanding of the nuances of fleet management.

•   Effective lease asset procurement strategies.

•   Proper understanding of varied risks inherent in operating leases.

•   Ability to gauge varied approaches to remarketing.

•   Proficiency in MS Office applications.
