•   A good BSC/HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least 13years experience preferably in the water Sector.

•   Possession of a postgraduate degree and /or professional qualification will be a distinct advantage.

•   IT/IS proficiency and Project Management Skills, a must

•   Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills in English
