When did herders start to sack villages burning Churches, houses, killing defenseless people and occupying the sacked territories with impunity as they do today? When did they start to remain in the wetter parts of the country as they do today instead of moving north-south and south-north, following the weather as they used to do? Are you advising the President correctly on matters like this or are you there to sing his praise, making him believe that all is well and normal, “so why waste your precious words”?
