The Governor of Abia State, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, has ordered the release of 20 prisoners convicted in various courts in the state for allied offences ranging from stealing, armed robbery, conspiracy, intent to commit felony, advanced fee fraud, indecent assault, threatening violence among other offences.
