					<description><![CDATA[<p>The Abia State Governorship Elections Petition Tribunal sitting in Umuahia, the state capital, on Tuesday, upheld Governor Okezie Ikpeazu’s victory in the April 11 governorship election in the state. Ikpeazu was candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). The tribunal dismissed the petition filed by Alex Otti of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).</p>
