Job Title: Sales / Overseas Coordination Manager

Location: Lagos.

Requirement:

•   Bachelor of Science or Art degree in Humanities/Social Sciences/Sciences.

•   Strong oral and written communication skills.

•   Excellent computer application skills, particularly in MS word, PowerPoint and Excel.

•   Must have worked in a senior capacity in a shipping/airline/courier company.

•   Possess knowledge of overseas interface and coordination as well as export "incoterms".

•   Good knowledge of international freight management.

•   Must understand export and import formalities.

•   Age between 30 -45 years old.

•   Develop and implement marketing strategy & tactics to continuously improve market share.

•   Create awareness of and sell various products and services of the company.

•   Provide quarterly statistical report on bench marketing.

•   Develop and manage list of prospects and clients with associated database.

•   Conduct Customer service satisfaction survey.

•   Monitor and advice on all customer interfaces, where necessary.

•   Coordination with various departments to provide updated information/report to the customer.

•   Communication courteously with the customer by telephone, fax, emails.

•   Communicating with overseas agents/Overseas business partners.

•   Tracking the status of the shipment and regularly updating all the concerned parties.

•   Sending complete set of pre-alert/ post alert to customer/ agents on timely basis.

•   Assist in monitoring and ensuring standard business procedures and policies.

•   Aim to retain customers by providing exceptionally good service levels.

•   Will be representing the company as service assurance/key account manager.

•   Any offer duty as assigned by the management.
