It is through a special designed computer triggered by small eye and head movements, that allowed a paralyzed Tony Nicklinsons tweet the world for the first time.

Tony is paralyzed with locked-in syndrome and it has no cure. Locked in syndrome is a condition in which a patient is awake but cannot move or communicate verbally due to complete paralysis of nearly all voluntary muscles except the eye.
