A Nigerian police officer arrested a man for urinating at a place clearly marked "DO NOT UNRINATE HERE, OFFENDERS WOULD PAY A FINE OF =N= 500.00" .

The man (offender) was asked to pay. He gave the police officer a 1000 naira note.

The Police Officer turned around and said to him "urinate again I don't have change!"
