Job Title: Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

•   Will oversee financial management and reporting functions of program to ensure compliance with donor contact terms.

•   She/he would be responsible for supervising coordinating and training finance and grants management staff across central and state based officers.

Qualifications:

•   Charted Accountant/Certified Public Accountant or MBA required

•   10 years working experience in an accounting/finance field, with experience managing  large budgets at least US $15 million) 5years managerial experience and proficiency in MS Excel

•   Knowledge of Quick Book is desirable, knowledge of USAID regulations preferred.
