Job Title: Head, Risk Mgt & Audit

Job Summary:

•   Review/establish a risk management framework.

•   Ensure compliance with control procedures.

•   Monitor investment risk profile.

•   Carry out regular audit exercise.

•   Ensure safety of funds and company assets.

•   Apply modern technology to streamline and fast track assigned responsibilities.

•   Ensure adherence by all staff of the unit to continuously updated service process benchmarks and procedures to achieve departmental objectives.

Core Competencies:

•   In-depth understanding of modern Risk Management approaches as it applies to the Pension Reform Act.

•   Sound knowledge of modern internal control processes methodologies.

•   Good written and oral Communication skills.

Job Requirement:

•   B.Sc Accounting/Banking & Finance,

•   ACA, additional qualification will be an added advantage.

•   10 years on the job experience, 5 years of which must be in a Management position.

•   Preferably, a PFA work experience will be an added advantage.
