Major Accountabilities Of Position:

What – How – Why

Foster awareness of HSE in all team members

Ensure the implementation of the company's Quality Management system. In conjunction with the Regional Quality Manager ensures that the overall Quality Management System (EMS) is maintained in line with ISO 9001 requirement

Be the Management representative and focal point on quality issues for the company. Prepare periodic quality report to top management. Report to Management Team at Management review meetings regarding  performance and effectiveness of the Quality Management system

Provide independent assessment of corporate, program and project quality relative to Plan and its overall effectiveness in achieving set objectives. Review and monitor corrective and preventive actions within the company and follow-up on external audit findings and any customer complaints

Provide strong leadership to the team

Coordinate the entire activities of Quality Assurance / Quality Control department of the company in line with the company's vision and mission including work and budget planning and implementation.

Support the continual development of the quality department personnel (career planning, promotions, lateral movement to gain additional competence, training and education, and other opportunities for personal development). Provide input to remuneration setting & review processes

Clearly communicate personnel resource requirements and specifications to HR function. Support pursuit teams and provide input to bids when requested.

Staff projects with quality engineers
