GROUP/DEPARTMENT: Business Banking

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Manage Market research – Industry, segments, competition to guide development of value propositions and help management make strategic business decisions
• Liaise with stakeholders at all levels within and outside the bank towards meeting project deliverables
• Investigate and report on segment specific issues based on analysis and interpretation of data
• Presentation and communication of pilot projects, reports and findings 

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
• Minimum of a first degree in any related discipline from a reputable institution
• A Master's degree or relevant professional qualification is an added advantage

WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimu of 2 years experience required

PERSONAL SKILLS
• Self Starter with an analytical mind
• Professional and Interpersonal skills
• Focused and goal oriented
Required Competencies
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
• Local Knowledge of Banking Industry and related issues
• Good writing, communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite -  Power Point and Excel
