Job description:

•   Initiate and submit new security initiatives on a periodic basis.

•   Organise well structured security training programmes for security operatives and guards.

•   Introduce appropriate counter security measures to deter, delay and detect counter attacks.

•   Responsible for maintaining a cordial relationship as regards security networks with relevant security agencies and the Nigeria Police Force.

•   Responsible for carrying out investigations and making reports on security issues.

•   Carry out routine and spot checks on all company sites and the head office.

•   Advice management on security issues.

•   Supervise the activities of all security officials manning all company properties.

Qualifications:

•   The preferred Job holder must have be an ex-military personnel with a minimum of the rank of a Captain.

•   The preferred candidate must possess a good knowledge of crime prevention, investigation, detection, and prosecution as well as having a good relationship with Nigerian Police, Para-military organizations, and other security operatives.
