•    Development of the 'strategic vision' for each brand, the Brand Architecture, the Brand Pyramid (incl. it's positioning) and its place in the company's portfolio.

•   to develop the annual marketing plan (and the three year rolling plan) including the marketing strategy and the investment mix.

•   Develop deep, actionable consumer understanding& insights on brand, competition, usage and attitudes, purchase behaviourand leisure pursuits

•   Lead development of 'the big idea', 'advertising', 'activation plans' and PR as applicable for the portfolio of the brands

•    Help develop Trade Marketing plans with sales (Trade Promotion & Activation).

•   Selection, Evaluation & Management of Bestin Class Ad Agencies, Design Agencies, Media Agencies, Activation Agencies& MR Agencies.

Desired Skills & Experience: MBA from a good business school. With 7-15 years of marketing exposure.
