Job Title: Financial Accountant

Job Location: Accra, Ghana

Ogranisation: Main One Cable Nigeria

Department: Accounts/Finance Department

Reporting Line: Reports to the Senior Manager, Finance & Accounts

Responsibilities:   

•   Prepare Bank reconciliation.

•   Ensure tax compliance regarding VAT, PAYE, CST and other tax-related issues.

•   Postings of transactions.

•   Preparation of customers' invoices and monthly statements.

•   Accounting for and safeguarding company assets

•   Other finance and accounts related duties

Supervision: To work directly under the supervision of the Senior Manager Accounts &Finance

Contacts: Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, you will be required required to liaise with the Group's other subsidiaries, banks, regulatory authorities and other contact within and outside the Group on finance and accounting issues

Qualifications:

•   Minimum 4years work experience in a similar role

•   BSc or equivalent in Accounting

•   ACCA/ICA (part or full qualification)
