Job Title: Finance Manager

Ref: FM 001

Location: Lagos

Duties & Responsibilities:

•   Maintaining adequate records and monitors all Accounts receivables.

•   Provide up to date information on Accounts Receivables.

•   Advice and make recommendations on risky receivables.

•   Budget monitoring and implementation.

•   Review budget performance, variance calculation and interpret implications.

•   Liaise with external creditors.

•   Prepare reports on receivable and budget.

•   Close supervision of EDP unit and liaising with systems Administrator.

•   Ensure timely generation and distribution of monthly invoices.

•   Ensure regular receivables reconciliation.

Qualification & Experience:

•   B.Sc/HND in Accounting or its equivalent.

•   Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA) required.

•   Any post graduate qualification is a plus.

•   Minimum of 5 years post ACA qualification experience in similar position.

•   Knowledge of Sage Patel Accounting package.
