Job Title: Engineer – Customer Care (Instructor)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Reporting to: Lead Trainer

Required qualification and qualities:  – A graduate of Engineering or Architecture with a minimum of 2 years work experience preferably in the training industry. Proficiency in

Autodesk Design Suite, and any other Engineering Design Software will be an added advantage.  – Team player with passion for learning and teaching  – Must be a good communicator

Specific Duties include but not limited to the following:  – To conduct classes as per schedule.  – Ensure that training programs are conducted with a high level of professionalism.  – Ensure that hardware complaints are logged whenever a hardware problem is noted.  – Assist the Centre Manager in marketing training programs to students.  – Assist the Executive Customer Service by providing demonstrations to all the prospects
