Job Profile and Description:

•   The prime responsibility is to ensure the growth and progress of the company while ensuring cost effective execution of its projects.

•   Team player with ability of setting goals and meeting deadlines.

•   Meet with clients to determine opportunities and technical requirements of projects and contracts.

•   Ensure that both short and long term human resources needs of the operation are being met.

•   Must possess excellent technical, administrative and managerial skills.

•   Highly respected for ability to manage department with maximum efficiency.

•   Must have competency in commercial negotiation of projects and contracts to successful conclusion.

•   Very versatile in communication with leadership qualities.

•   Proficiency in Microsoft office suites, AUTOCAD and knowledge of engineering software.

Education and Experience:

•   Minimum qualification of University Degree in engineering (preferably Electrical/Electronics).

•   Minimum of 8 years managerial experience in Telecommunication industry.
