Job summary:

Work directly with management to manage inventory through its lifecycle: Receive, Upload, Stock, Return, Repair, Restock.

Responsibilities:

•   Work with suppliers to receive and account for items supplied.

•   Manage uploaders to catalog, tag, upload, stock, arrange, restock items.

•   Manage the scanning and tracking of items available.

•   Supervise arrangement and restocking of items on the shelves.

•   Develop and document processes around inventory management.

•   Advice management of items that are running out of stock.

•   Process returned items.

•   Process damaged items.

•   Conduct monthly performance reviews with each team member.

•   Provide reports and insights to management on how to improve its inventory management process.

•   Provide ideas for improvement tools used for managing inventory.

•   Ensure items shown online adhere to standard.

•   Manage inventory management process exceptions.

•   Ensure items are arranged for easy access or retrieval by the fulfillment team.

Qualifications and requirements:

•   BSc Minimum in Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or similar technical degrees.

•   2-3 years experience, preferably in retail.

•   Selling concepts & strategy.

•   Internet usage patterns & trends.

•   Confidence & motivation.

•   Dedication to concept.

•   Deal development and closing.
