Responsibilities:

•   Preparation and collation of attendance registers of factory worker

•   Calculation of overtime rates

•   Adequate keeping of staff records/documentation

•   Facilitate production of I.D cards

•   Collation of appraisal forms

•   Assist the HR manager in above-stated functions

•   Must be resident in Otta

Qualifications/experience:

•   Must have a good degree

•   3-5 years of experience

•   Must have adequate experience in Human Resources
