Job Title: Competency Development Manager (L&D Manager)

Location: Nigeria or Kenya

Organisation: Mara Ison Technologies (member of Mara Group of Companies)

Requirements:

•         A minimum of 7 years exp. in the IT/Teleco Industry but preferably IT

•         Would be responsible for defining learning needs and linking business results to learning

•         Develop a Cultural Assessment and a preliminary project plan for Learning across all 16 regions in Africa

•         Design Customized learning plans

•         Develop Learning tools/material in conjunction with a reputable IT Training providers

•         Develop Course designs for all function in the organization

•         Develop evaluation tools

•         Deploy Skilled trainers where necessary

•         Evaluate – learning transfer analysis, business impact analysis and a develop a continuous improvement plan  

A bilingual (French/English) candidate desired but not preferred.
