Bowen University Provisional Admission List Stage 5: Transiting Pre-Degree Students

Following the screening  exercises conducted by Bowen University, Iwo for candidates transiting from the Pre-degree Programme, the underlisted candidates   have been offered Provisional Admissions for the 2012/2013 Academic Session.  This offer of  provisional admission is subject to validation by the Joint  Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

2.1    PAYMENT OF ACCEPTANCE FEE         
                   
Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable acceptance Fee of N60,000 in Bank                     Draft in favour of Bowen University.  The Bank Draft should be from any of the following                  Banks:                           
(a)    Skye Bank Plc.                       
(b)    Guaranty Trust Bank Plc.                       
(c)    WEMA Bank Plc.                       
(d)    Sterling Bank Plc                       
(e)    First Bank, Plc                       
(f)    Zenith Bank Plc                       
                               
2.2    ADMISSION LETTER, SCHEDULE OF FEES AND OTHER RELEVANT DOCUMENTS               
             
Candidates are requested to collect their Admission Letters, Schedule of Fees and other relevant documents from the Registry (Academic Office) of the University and proceed to the Bursary for payment of acceptance fee.This offer of provisional admission will lapse at the close of work on Friday 24th August, 2012 if the non-refundable acceptance fee is not paid on or before that date.                           

2.3    RESUMPTION         
                 
All candidates offered this Provisional Admission are to report for the 2012/2013 Academic Session  as follows:                             
(i)    Faculty of Social & Management Sciences   -10th September, 2012                       
(ii)   College of Health Sciences                       -11th September, 2012                       
(iii)  Faculty of Agriculture                               - 11th September, 2012                       
(iv)  Faculty of Science & Science Education       -11th Septembert, 2012                       
(v)   Faculty of Humanities                             -11th September, 2012                       
                               
2.4    REGISTRATION   
                       
Course Registration commences immediately after resumption.  All students must present originals and photocopies of the following to be eligible for the registration                           
(i)    Evidence of payment of acceptance fee                       
(ii)    Letter of Admission                       
(iii)   Birth Certificate                       
(iv)   2012 UTME result                       
(v)    O/L Results                       
                               
2.5    NOTE         
                   
(a)    Parents / Guardians are to enquire about the performance of their wards if they are             not short-listed please.                           
(b)    Candidates who did not choose Bowen as their first or second choice university in                  JAMB should be prepared to pay a sum of ₦2, 500 (two thousand five hundred naira)                   only to the bursary for regularisation.
