Responsibilities:

•   Seek and provide information to help Dragnet determine their position in the marketplace.

•   Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.

•   Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.

•   Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.

•   Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.

•   Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction.

•   Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.

•   Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.

•   Respond to requests for information from the media.

•   Study the objectives, promotional policies, or needs of organizations to develop public relations strategies that will influence public opinion or promote ideas, products, or services.

•   Construct and provide write-ups, documents and comments as regards the company

•   Confer with our public relations consultants to produce or coordinate production of advertisements, articles, press releases, opportunity to speak, promotions, events.

•   Arrange public appearances, lectures, road shows, or exhibits for clients to increase product or service awareness or to promote goodwill.

Minimum Requirements:

•Minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (2.1) from a reputable University

•Minimum of 2 years experience as a marketing/media personnel, PR personnel or any other related role

•A flair for writing

•Possession of a qualification in Project Management will be an added advantage

•An extrovert
