•   Good B.Sc or HND in Building / Civil Engineering.

•   5 years construction experience and computer skills required for Engineers.

•   Tradesmen with 15 years minimum experience and excellent knowledge of masonry & finishing works are eligible for supervisors.

•   Must have great coordination skills and ability to meet time lines.
