Job Title: Head, Sales & Marketing

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

The Head, Sales & Marketing will be expected to play a leadership role in the conceptualization and introduction of new products and business development. The successful candidate will also lead a sales team with ambitious sales targets. This position will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Requirements:

•   The ideal candidate will be have acquired hands on experience in a professionally run organization that specializes in marketing and selling real estate products. Candidates with solid experience acquired in marketing and sales of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) will be considered. Previous and current experience in a business development role will be required. Ability to adapt will be critical in this position and minimum experience required in this position is 10years in a structural environment.

•   A good first degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2nd class lower and a qualification in marketing will be required

•   The age range for this position is 30-40 years
