Ambrose Alli University 2012/2013 Clearance Exercise for Freshers Announced

This is to inform all newly admitted candidates for the 2012/2013 academic session that Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma ONLINE clearance exercise begun on Monday 10th September 2012.

All admitted and duly cleared candidates are expected to pay their acceptance and school fees to enable them obtain their matriculation numbers online.

Please note that any candidate who fails to pay his/her acceptance and school fees for the 2012/2013 academic session after being cleared may be deemed to have forfeited his/her admission. 

You are to pay your acceptance and school fees at the designated banks as stated
below:

b.    Education: Fidelity Bank Plc
c.    Natural Sciences: Zenith Bank
d.    Law and Environmental Studies: Fin Bank
e.    Engineering & Technology: Eco Bank
f.    College of Medicine & Management Sciences: Access Bank
g.    Social Sciences: Union Bank
h.    Agriculture: Eco Bank

For the avoidance of doubt and proper guidance, the approved acceptance and school fees payable are as follows:

4.   Engineering, Natural Sciences (Microbiology and Computer Science), Architecture and Building     45,000.00
5.   Medicine, Physiology, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Nursing and Law     47,000.00
6.   Institute of Education     40,000.00
7.   Acceptance Fee     20,000.00

In addition to the above, all candidates are to pay the sum of N500.00 (Five hundred naira only) as Students' union dues.

N/B. Physical presence of admitted candidates is NOT required in the University premises during the clearance exercise as it is strictly ONLINE. Candidates are advised to check the University cPortal @ (Ambrose Alli University Portal) to ascertain their clearance status and for further information on the guideline for payment of fees and online clearance procedure.
