Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the four year full-time degree programmes of the Bauchi State University (BASUG) Gadau.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must posses a Minimum of 5 Credits in WASCE/NECO, or its equivalent at 'O' Level in not more than two sittings including English & Mathematics.

UTME Candidates without the 180 Minimum JAMB cut off points needs NOT to apply.
NCE applicants who wish to apply for B.A ed or B.Sc ed programmes should have a minimum of merit grade in the relevant field of study in addition to the relevant 'O' level credits which must include English and Mathematics.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Applications for the Degree Programmes are Online at (Bauchi State University - BASUG) while application scratch cards are available at the cost of N2,200.00 (Two thousand two-hundred naira only) from First Bank Plc branches in the following towns:- Bauchi, Azare, Ningi, Gombe and Abuja.

Closing Date of Applications and closure of portal: 23rd September, 2012.

Release of successful candidates: 1st Octopber, 2012

Screening and registration of admitted students holds between 2nd - 14th October, 2012 at the following centres:-
1) All candidates in Arts, Education and Science, at the University Assembly hall, Main Campus, Gadau.
2) All candidates for Social and Management Sciences at the Sa'adu Zungur School Campus of the University, Bauchi.
