Job Purpose and Key deliverables:

•   HR Manager is responsible for administering and coordinating HR functions and company programmes for the Agency.

•   Partner with Heads of Teams to recruit employees to fill vacant positions, administer the performance review programme to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within the organization.

•   Assists in administering the salary administration programme to ensure compliance and equity within the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements:

•   Bachelor's degree in the Humanities or Social Sciences is required.

•   6 years of human resources generalist experience and ability to handle multiple tasks required.

•   Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as industry journals, financial reports and legal documents.

•   Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications.
