Key Responsibilities:

•   Develop and execute strategies that will exponentially increase revenue, market share and profit in the respective regions.

•   Sourcing and development of viable partners and agencies.

•   Increasing local visibility and penetration.

•   Manage key customer relationships.

•   Lead a vibrant team of sales professionals towards achieving overall organizational objectives.

Skills and Competencies:

•   Passion for target achievement and a great team player.

•   Strong client relationship management skills.

•   High commercial acumen.

•   Good high level networking skills.

Education and Experience:

•   At least 10 years cognate experience in the courier and logistics industry with proven success in sales and new market development.

•   A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or HND, Master's degree will be an added advantage.
