Description: Reporting to the Head of Department, Commercial Services, the successful candidate will oversee the Customer Service unit of the Commission, a critical part of which is to review the policies and procedures of the unit in order to devise methods of improvement.

Key Requirements:     – A good first degree or its equivalent in Management, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields. – A minimum of 8 years' relevant post-qualification experience or 16 years' experience in the Civil Service. – Proven customer service and relationship-building skills. – Understanding of the principles of economics and regulation of the Identity Management industry
