Reporting To: Head, Inspectorate, Regulatory & Compliance

Description:    – Reporting to the Head, Inspectorate, Regulatory & Compliance, the successful candidate will be responsible for strategy development for compliance monitoring.  – He/she will develop and deliver the compliance monitoring training programmes, and direct the implementation of compliance monitoring strategy, to ensure that external operators comply with regulatory standards.  – The candidate will also review the technical design and project monitoring plans of projects before regulatory approval and ensure enforcement of regulatory standard

Key Requirements:     – A bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Information Technology, Public Administration, Business Administration, Law or other related fields. An MBA will be an advantage. – A minimum of 16 years' post-qualification experience, 8 years' of which must have been in senior management positions in a similar organisation.
