Reporting To: Director Generals

Description:    – Reporting to the Director General, the successful candidate will oversee the development of the process for monitoring and inspection of industry operators in generation and transmission to ensure compliance with established standards, guidelines and regulations, as well as the terms and conditions of their license. He/she will propose improvement initiatives on the Commission's inspection techniques, training of inspection personnel and development of uniform standards of inspection.

Key Requirements:     – A good first degree or its equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Public Administration, Law or any related field. An MBA will be an advantage. – A minimum of 12 years' experience in management and administrative position, at least 7years experience at Senior Management level, and 24 years in service.
