Reporting To: Manager, Corporate Customer Care

Description:    – Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Customer Care, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operational activities of corporate customer care unit in the operations management department.  – He/she will also promote corporate consumer awareness and customer satisfaction regarding the identity management sector and ensure that corporate customer complaints are attended to and resolved.

Key Requirements:     – Bachelors Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Information Technology or other related fields. – A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience
