Job description:

•   Leading & Managing the accounting & finance team.

•   Preparation and review of the financial statements (Tax accounting);

•   Handle all marketing activities including liaison with HO, Clients and related invoicing and paperwork

•   Ensure proper tax filings.

•   Responsible for Treasury Operations including accounts payable.

•   Credit Risk responsible (related to HO Credit risk managing and reporting) including insurance management in liaison with FM and Legal.

•   Provide financial advice to management as requested.

•   Supervise accounting system upgrade and maintenance.

•   Support the annual and quarterly statutory audit activity as well as JV audits.

Requirements:

•   15 years' experience in accounting among which 5 years in the oil business in a management position.

•   Certified Accountant or 4 years University Graduation in accounting and related fields at least.

•   Ability to mentor and manage experienced and qualified accountants,

•   Ability to interact with others and build appropriate relations with external partners.

•   Good knowledge of IT.

•   Advanced knowledge of local laws (Tax, hydrocarbons code, civil and commercial etc, ).
