Flaw in Internet Explorer risk tracking of mouse movement

It seems this is not the first time that the concern over this vulnerability is being raised. The flaw was detected sometimes back and even Microsoft is aware of it but hasn't taken action to correct it.

The security vulnerability affect all versions of Internet explorer from version 6 through version 10. Hackers can gather private information like passwords or phone numbers through this flaw.

This exploitation is already being used by some companies to track what people are doing. Since the problem hasn't been solved yet, if one fears being tracked then turn off javascript on the browser or use alternative browsers like chrome or firefox as they don't suffer this vulnerability.
