Description:

1. Supervise all 3G L2 support activities and provide L2 support for field teams.

·           3G spare parts follow up

·           Prepare periodical reports for the 3G BO activity.

·           Follow-up ticket with Technical support team (Level 3 and above)

·           Handle critical  issues and/or support  team  to resolve critical issues in accordance with the SLA

·           Discuss with other departments and follow the blocking points

·           Check Tickets opened by NOC and follow up change request implementations

·           Follow  acceptance for New 3G equipments and make sure that there is no  snags before putting on operational mode

·           Coordinate with Transmission Team to resolve problematic links.

·           Follow the repeated alarms on RNC/BSS components and schedule corrective actions accordingly with field teams

·           Clear the active WMS alarms according to Alcatel-Lucent procedures and guidelines.

·           Perform health check and resolution for all RNC/BSS elements.

·           Attend Night Duty and On-call Duty.

·           Site intervention whenever necessary

·           Optimization ticket follow-up/resolution to ensure the KPI stability and Coordinate with Performance Team to resolve any escalated problem within SLA.

·           Send necessary reports as per customer request on a daily, weekly or monthly basis

·           Perform Logical Configuration Management tasks for all UTRAN elements

·           Perform Software and Hardware Management task for all UTRAN elements

·           Troubleshoot WMS problems

·           Implementation of Work Orders according to Alcatel-Lucent procedures.

·           Coordinate with other Departments during troubleshooting

·           In depth knowledge of Alcatel-Lucent Alarm and Fault Management

2. Assist Field Engineers, Integration and Commissioning Engineers

Requirements:

Academy and Education background

·          Degree in Electrical Engineering /Telecommunication/Computer science /Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Experience

At least 4 year's work experience on ALU 3G products like NodeB,WBS,RNC
