One of the beneficiaries of your warm gesture at the Lagos Island Maternity Hospital was a German Lady, Barbara Bernhoff, who rued your exit from Wolfsburg. Do you think you made any mistake leaving Germany for Russia?

Obafemi Martins : Well, that's in the past now and I don't live there anymore. I believe i'm a better player since that happened. I won laurels in Russia; so I don't think it would be fair to say that I made any mistake.

Talking about your foundation, what inspires  you to give to the needy?

Obafemi Martins : Well......It's the grace of God that is keeping all of us going and helping the needy for me is an obligation. I don't intend to stop because we at the Martinsaid foundation are determined to achieve our lofty goals. I love helping the needy because I care a lot about them. I am happy seeing people smiling despite all their travails and I have assured them that I will deifnately come back again.
