Liverpool midfielder Joe Cole is set to join former club West Ham united on a permanent deal (I no know wetin this man still dey find for football...).

The 31-year-old travelled to London for a medical with Sam Allardyce's Hammers after Liverpool accepted an offer for the player.

Reds manager Brendan Rodgers said '' He is speaking with West Ham at the moment and if they can get something organised it will be a terrific move for Joe ''.

Queens Park Rangers are also interested in signing Cole.
