Adebayor rejoins Togo's national team

After suspending his international dealings with Togo national team weeks ago in the wake of a match bonus row with the football federation, Emmanuel Adebayor looks likely to re-join the Sparrow Hawks for the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations (Your shakara don end abi).

The FA President Gabriel Ameyi announced on Monday that the team will be leaving for South Africa alongside its captain Adebayor (Una still choose am as captain?), who was received by the country's President Fare Gnassingbe on Monday.

'' It is now very clear that we will be going to the Africa Cup of Nations with our captain Emmanuel Adebayor. We'll be together there in South Africa '' Ameyi said in Lome.

'' It's very important to have him in the group because he's our best player and captain. All our stars will be available for the tournament including Adebayor '' he added.
