Job Title: Business Development Officer

Job Description:

• Lead the team of the Business Partners to adeptly advice and counsel managers on quality health maintenance, talent management, performance concerns and conflict resolution.
• Assess, evaluate and prioritize human resources value adding opportunities to the line (all divisions).
• Ensure the team works with the culture and engagement officer to source information from employees on impact of change initiatives and provide customized solutions.
• Phase & phase out SKUs.
• Activate consumer promotions.
• Train & develop trade personnel for technical selling.* Execute competition analysis and report findings.
• Push emerging categories & NPD products.
