•   The candidate must possess minimum of B.Sc (Second Class Upper Division) in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

•   He/she must have between 3-6 years on the Job experience in land development, Soft desk on any other suitable software for infrastructural design.

•   Possession of a Master's degree or professional certification (COREN) will be an added advantage.
