THE Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has cautioned Chevron Nigeria Limited, one of the International Oil Companies (IOCs) operating in Nigeria against discriminating against Nigerian firms, saying that such "discrimination is a violation of Section 3(2) of the NCDMB Act"
