Reina ready for Barcelona return

Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina doesn't mind making a return to the club he played as a youth, Barcelona, to replace current goalkeeper Victor Valdes when the season ends, his father Miguel told spanish radio on Monday.

'' I know Pepe would be so glad to return to Barcelona, the club made him who he is today since the time he went when he was just 12 years till the time he left '' Miguel Reina told radio station La Xerxa.

'' I can say it anywhere, even in the public, I will be happy if Pep goes to Barcelona '', the former Barcelona Atletico Madrid keeper added.

Reina Spain teammate Valdes, who is 31 years announced last week that he would be leaving Barcelona when his contract expires in June 2014.
