•   B.Sc or HND in Quantity Surveying.

•   With a minimum of 10 years experience in work estimating production of valuation certificates of large infrastructural projects will be required.

•   Proficiency in relevant software's and planning tools will be required.

•   Registration with Quantity Surveying professional body i.e. NIQS will be added advantage.
