Former Nigerian international and one time Secretary General of the defunct Nigeria Football Association, NFA, Chief Taiwo Ogunjobi has declared that Super Eagles 2-1 victory over star-studded Elephants of Ivory Coast in sunday's AFCON quaterfinal match was a clear proof that the team is capable of lifting the trophy.

Ogunjobi who was immediate past Chairman of the Technical Committee of the NFF, added that with Sunday's victory over Ivory Coast, the Super Eagles really surprised Nigerians who hitherto, did not give them any chance against their Ivorian opponents.

'' Honestly speaking, the Super Eagles have surprised Nigerians by beating Ivory Coast 2-1 in the quaterfinal game of the AFCON '', opines Ogunjobi who is also Chairman of Osun State Football Association.
