Requirements:

•   10 to 15 years in human resource, learning or financial advisory services, between 3 to 5 years of these must have been in a well structured consulting practice.

•   Strong business development skills with a proven base of high level contacts.

•   Experience in proposal / bid preparation.

•   Track record of converting prospects to paying clients.

•   Experience in consulting project management and implementation.

•   Sound people management skills.

•   Excellent client management skills.

•   Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.

•   The successful candidates will be required to drive business within the framework of agreed budgets.

•   They must be proficient in the management of existing and new clients.

•   He / She will also be required to ensure short turnaround time on projects and deliver creative solutions to meet client requirements.
